Technical Support: Hamara Kendra has a very local team of Support Agencies who are deployed to help SCO’s on Technical & Operational issues within 4 hours.
Hardware Support: A District Hardware Agency has been deployed specifically in each District Headquarters to resolve Hardware issues.

Anyone who can open at least 18 Hamara Kendra’s through its appointed SA’s and SCO’s.
Should have preferably fair understanding of handing Business operations.
Local to the Cluster allotted.
Cluster Coordinator mandatory.

Anyone who can deploy and handle Hamara Kendra centres as per Hamara Kendra mapping.
Should have preferably fair understanding of Aadhaar/ RSBY /NPR Enrolments/etc.
Local to the HUB allotted.
ONE experienced Technician mandatory for the allotted HUB.

Prior relevant enrolment experience not necessary.
Investment required, Returns high.
Space of 25-125 Sq Ft required approx.
ONE Certified Supervisor mandatory, if New Aadhaar / Child Aadhaar enrolment is subscribed.

Should be running a Computer/Peripherals shop/service point in the Headquarter / City of the District for at least TWO years
Apart from regular Hardware Technicians, ONE mandatory Coordinator required
